Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking channels.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
🔹 Candidate Screening & Interviewing:

Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate suitability.

Organize and lead interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
🔹 Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
🔹 Job Advertising & Outreach:
-
Create compelling job ads and publish them on relevant platforms.

Execute targeted campaigns to reach a diverse talent pool.
🔹 Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management:

Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication and updates.

Maintain professional relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
🔹 Interview Coordination & Scheduling:

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.

Handle all scheduling logistics with efficiency and professionalism.
🔹 Reference Checks & Background Screening:

Perform reference checks and support background verification procedures.
🔹 Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
-
Assist in the offer stage and facilitate successful candidate acceptance.

Coordinate with HR and hiring teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
🔹 Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:

Track and report key hiring metrics to measure recruitment performance.

Analyze data to continuously optimize hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong ability to evaluate candidate competencies and cultural fit.

Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Understanding of employment laws and hiring compliance.

Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
