Position Title:

Sales Executive – Johor Bahru


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, closing sales deals, and achieving monthly sales targets. You’ll also assist in crafting strategies to promote our recruitment and HR solutions while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, RFQ handling, quotation preparation, negotiation, and deal closing.

  • Propose product/service upgrades and cross-sell opportunities to existing and potential clients.

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure win-win outcomes.

  • Gather client feedback and develop plans to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns on Xiaohongshu (XHS), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding promptly to new job orders and inquiries.

  • Conduct live streaming sessions to promote products and services on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Address and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Monitor and manage monthly revenue targets and advertising budgets.

  • Assist job consultants by explaining job descriptions, assigning job orders, and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.

  • Research and pitch recruitment solutions such as permanent & contract staffing, RPO, executive search, and other HR services to new and existing clients.

  • Design and implement a 3-year marketing and business development plan.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • No prior experience required – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Self-driven with a passion for sales and client relationship management.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.


Education Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in any field.
