Saravanan<\/strong>, postings on <strong data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"720\">MYFutureJobs<\/strong> must remain active for at least <strong data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"793\">14 days for rehiring foreign workers<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"832\">30 days for hiring expatriates<\/strong>. This step is mandatory to ensure <strong data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"897\">Malaysians are prioritized<\/strong> in all <strong data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"933\">employment opportunities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"1165\">After the job listing period, employers will be required to <strong data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1026\">interview local candidates<\/strong>, with interviews facilitated by the <strong data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1103\">Social Security Organisation (Socso)<\/strong> and other agencies under the <strong data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1164\">Ministry of Human Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1225\">Job advertisements must include essential details such as:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1338\">\n<li data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1241\">\n<p data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1241\"><strong data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1241\">Job title<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1260\">\n<p data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1260\"><strong data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1260\">Salary range<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1299\">\n<p data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1299\"><strong data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1299\">Required academic qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1338\">\n<p data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1338\"><strong data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1338\">Relevant skills and competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1567\">In addition, all employers must register through the <strong data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1449\">Integrated Foreign Workers Management System (ePPAX)<\/strong>, which is part of the government&#8217;s effort to enforce <strong data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1528\">labour law compliance<\/strong> when hiring <strong data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1566\">non-citizen employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1777\">Starting November 1, users of the current <strong data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1636\">JobsMalaysia platform<\/strong> will be redirected to <strong data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1675\">MYFutureJobs<\/strong>, which will serve as the <strong data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1738\">centralized job-matching platform<\/strong> under the Ministry of Human Resources.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1996\">\u201cThis policy ensures <strong data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1822\">Malaysian citizens<\/strong> are given top priority for job openings.
